Liberty barbecue has never failed me! Everything is uniquely amazing. It's a bit pricey but it's well worth it. The trash fries are to die for and the brisket is top notch. Would recommend this place to anyone browsing downtown round rock.

Taco Tuesday and Liberty BBQ is open! They are normally closed on Tuesdays but the Taco requests won out. Nicely smoked seasoned brisket , cheese and seasoning wrapped in a corn tortilla with dipping sauce made for an outstanding lunch today...

Went in last Sunday to try the brunch after seeing a photo on Instagram. Good marketing because you got a new customer to stop by !. We tried the waffle with bacon ends , great plate ! But amazing staff , everyone was friendly. Keep up the good team work :)

Food here is deeeeelish! The BBQ restaurant style is quite different than the normal BBQ restaurants in Austin. We were quite confused when we were escorted to a table and a waiter came up to us! All is well, the wait depends on your group and the time you get there...
